From March 26 2020, New Zealand moved lockdown for four weeks to stop COVID-19 in its tracks, however, the Pardekooper Team is still working remotely. We are already looking forward to post COVID-19 and the free flow of meetings and conferences. Right now, we are continuing to plan for events, connecting remotely with you until a return to normal.

Senior Event Manager
Raynor has been a Senior Event Manager with Paardekooper and Associates for over 10 years. Raynor’s favourite part of the job is meeting new people and developing strong relationships. Part event manager, part spartan, Raynor loves a good WOD at her local crossfit gym and a cheeky Kahlua at the end of a long week.
Nicky has been our Event Manager for just over 2 years and joined the Paardekooper team after 5 years in Arts and Venue management. As our Event Coordinator, Nicky loves that her role has a wide scope and room for plenty of creativity. A secret musical theatre lover, she knows all the lyrics and score to West Side Story and Chicago.
Luke founded the company in 1987 providing team building and company incentive conferences. Since that time, under Luke's leadership, Paardekooper and Associates has evolved into a highly skilled team of professional conference event organisers. Luke is passionate about life and loves tramping, the outdoors and exploring historical perspectives.
Kaye joined Paardekooper and Associates in 1991 to deliver a newly created team and leadership development consultancy service. She now retains a governance role in the company. Kaye loves cycling, writing and experimenting in the kitchen.
