Luke Paardekooper
Director

Luke founded the company in 1987 providing team building and company incentive conferences.  Since that time, under Luke's leadership, Paardekooper and Associates has evolved into a highly skilled team of professional conference event organisers.  

Luke is passionate about life and loves tramping, the outdoors and  exploring historical perspectives.


Debbie Paardekooper
Senior Event Manager

Debbie is a senior event manager with an interest in creating modern, environmentally friendly, and fabulously delivered conferences, expos and festivals for clients.  She has worked in the event industry for over 10 years and has been a part of major corporate events since attending her first conference at Millbrook, aged 6 weeks. From day one her goal has been to find out everything there is to know about the industry in order to passionately deliver superb events for her clients. 

When not working events, Debbie enjoys discovering new DIY ideas for her home, throwing clay, spending time with her family and planning her next project.



 

Hayely Larsen
Senior Event Manager

With over 16 years of experience as an event manager, Hayey brings a wealth of experience to Paardekooper and Associates. 

Hayley loves a good game of tennis, exploring the great outdoors and makes a killer grazing platter.





Rebecca Weeks
Event Manager

Rebecca brings 7 years' experience to her role as an event manager, having worked across a wide variety of events, both corporate and government, from conferences to festivals. She has a passion for working with clients to encourage sustainability, and enjoys keeping abreast of innovation in the event industry. With a strong eye for detail and a cool head in times of challenges, Rebecca’s involvement in events ensures seamless event delivery and proactive event management. 

At home, Rebecca is busy with her family but is a passionate gardener and loves spending time in the outdoors.

Kaye Paardekooper
Director

Kaye joined Paardekooper and Associates in 1991, bringing her skills and experience in project management and leadership to arranging and delivering client events, conferences and team programmes. More recently, Kaye's focus in the company is on governance and contracts.  

Kaye is community focused, serving voluntarily on a number of Boards and Trusts, and she also loves cycling and tramping in the outdoors.
